How the Postal System Works

It is a very interesting matter to know how the postal system is operated. This system involves a long process to reach a letter from one place to another. The operation of this system involves various stages.

At first, letters are written by the senders and put into the envelopes. Then, these are posted into the nearby letterbox. Next, the posted letters are collected by the postman. After that, these are taken to the local post office. Thereafter, the letters are sorted carefully according to their destinations. Later, these sorted letters are dispatched to different destinations via mail vans or trains. Now, they are sent to different sub-post offices. Finally, the letters are delivered to the respective addresses by the local area postman.

Thus, the whole postal system is completed for the service of the people.
