People go to polling booths and press a button on the Electronic Voting Machine (EVM) to choose their favorite candidate. Elections give the common man the real power. They teach us that every single vote is important. Sometimes, there are loud rallies and colorful campaigns in the streets. Through elections, India proves that it is ruled by the people, for the people, and of the people. It makes our country very strong.

Terrorist activities are very bad acts that destroy peace in the world. Terrorism means using extreme violence to scare common people and the government. Because of these cruel acts, people live in fear, and a country’s progress stops. Terrorism has no religion, because no religion teaches us to kill others. To fight terrorism, all the countries in the world must join hands together. Our brave soldiers and police work day and night to protect us from these bad people. We must also stay united, love each other, and spread the message of peace to defeat terrorism completely.
