1. I am fully aware of Section 28 of the Right to Education (RTE) Act, 2009, which strictly prohibits teachers from engaging in private tuition or private teaching activities.
2. I am also aware of the School Education Department Notification No. 214-SE/S/10M-/01/18, dated 08/03/2018, which states that no teacher working in the school shall engage himself/herself in any sort of private tuition for personal gain.
3. In compliance with the aforementioned statutory rules, government orders, and Calcutta High Court mandates, I declare that I am not engaged, directly or indirectly, in any form of private tuition or private teaching activity in any manner whatsoever.
4. I fully understand that violating these rules will subject me to regulatory and disciplinary actions as per the rules of the School Education Department, West Bengal.
5. However, I remain fully committed to cooperating in the matter of remedial coaching or extra classes organized by the Institution for the academic benefit of the students, as permitted under Point 6 of Section 4 of the SED Notification.
