Rubber is essential for manufacturing many items we use daily. It is a very interesting matter to know how rubber is prepared. The preparation of rubber involves various stages. At first, latex is collected from rubber plants. After this, the collection is sent to a factory. Next, the latex is treated with chemicals to get solid rubber slabs. Then, the slabs are cut into pieces. Thereafter, they are pressed with heavy rollers to form thin sheets. Later, the thin sheets are treated in a smokehouse. Finally, the dry sheets are sent to the market.
