 My Experience of Moving to a New House

Today was a very special day for me because we shifted to a new house. I was both happy and sad. I was happy because our new house is big and beautiful. I now have my own room and there is a park nearby. But I was also sad because I had to leave my old friends and neighbours.

I still remember how we used to play cricket every afternoon  near our old house. Everyone helped each other like one big family. When my father told us that we were moving, I felt very upset. Packing my things and saying goodbye to my friends made me cry a little.

Now, as I sit in my new room, everything feels different. The roads, the people, even the smell of the air! But I know I will soon make new friends here too. I will always keep the memories of my old home in my heart and look forward to a new beginning.
