  4. Payel said to the boy, "Please help me!"
  5. Basuli said to Bital, "Don't disturb Sayan."
  6. Rajdeep said, "Alas! My granpa has passed away."

III. Degree Change

  1. She is one of the tallest girls in the class.
  2. Lakshmi is taller than Mita.
  3. Rabindranath is greater than Madhu.
  4. I am taller than you.
  5. Payel is the worst girl in the class.
  6. Dhoni is one of the greatest cricketers in the world.
  7. I am not as large as you.

IV. Join the Sentences

  1. Rabindranath was a great poet. It is known to all.
  2. Virat is a great cricketer. We know it.
  3. I saw the man. He was wounded.
  4. He was very weak. He could not walk.
  5. He was ill. He could not go to school.
