Story of The proud stage

Develop a story with the help of the following hints within 100 words :

[Stag came to a stream - saw reflection - admired his horns - hated his lean legs - hunter came - stag ran -horns got stuck in the bush - could not run - got hunted.]

Answer: 

Once upon a time a stag lived in a forest. One day he felt thirsty. So he came to a  stream to quench his thirst.( The water in the stream was very clear like a mirror.) When the stag bent down to drink, he saw his reflection in the water. He looked at himself with pride. His eyes shone with joy when he saw his large and branching horns. He admired them and thought they made him look very strong and handsome. Then he looked at his thin and lean legs. He became sad and angry because his legs looked weak and ugly compared to his horns. At that very moment, the stag heard the sound of a hunter. The hunter came near with his bow and arrows. The stag got frightened and at once started to run. His thin legs carried him very swiftly through the forest. He now realized that his legs were helping him to escape. When  he entered the thick forest, his wide horns got caught in a bush. He pulled hard to free himself but the horns did not come out. His legs were strong enough to run, but now they were useless.  Soon the hunter came close, and the poor stag could not escape. The hunter killed him.(Soon the hunter came close and killed him). Before dying, the stag thought sadly, “The legs which I hated were my real friends. The horns which I loved have brought my death.”

Moral: We should not hate useful things, and we should not be proud of what is useless

এক সময় এক হরিণ বনে বাস করত। একদিন তার তৃষ্ণা পেল। তাই সে জল তৃষ্ণা মেটাতে এক ঝরনার ধারে এলো। (ঝরনার জল ছিল খুবই স্বচ্ছ, আয়নার মতো পরিষ্কার।) হরিণটি যখন জল খেতে নিচু হলো, তখন সে জলে নিজের প্রতিচ্ছবি দেখতে পেল। সে গর্বভরে নিজের দিকে তাকাল। বড় বড় শাখাবিশিষ্ট শিং দেখে তার চোখ আনন্দে চকচক করে উঠল। সে সেগুলোকে প্রশংসা করল এবং মনে করল এগুলো তাকে শক্তিশালী ও সুন্দর করে তুলেছে। তারপর সে তার পাতলা ও দুর্বল পায়ের দিকে তাকাল। নিজের শিং-এর তুলনায় পা-গুলোকে দুর্বল ও কুৎসিত মনে হওয়ায় সে দুঃখিত ও ক্রুদ্ধ হলো। ঠিক সেই সময় হরিণটি শিকারির শব্দ শুনতে পেল। শিকারি ধনুক-বাণ নিয়ে কাছে চলে এলো। হরিণটি ভয় পেয়ে সঙ্গে সঙ্গে দৌড় শুরু করল। তার পাতলা পা তাকে খুব দ্রুত গতিতে জঙ্গলের মধ্য দিয়ে নিয়ে চলল। তখন সে বুঝতে পারল যে তার পাগুলোই তাকে রক্ষা করছে। কিন্তু ঘন জঙ্গলে ঢুকতেই তার বড় বড় শিং ঝোপে আটকে গেল। সে প্রাণপণে টান দিল বাঁচার জন্য, কিন্তু শিং কিছুতেই বেরোল না। তার পা দৌড়ে পালানোর মতো শক্তিশালী হলেও তখন সেগুলো অকেজো হয়ে গেল। কিছুক্ষণের মধ্যেই শিকারি কাছে চলে এলো এবং অসহায় হরিণটিকে মেরে ফেলল। মৃত্যুর আগে হরিণটি দুঃখ করে ভাবল— “যে পা-গুলোকে আমি ঘৃণা করতাম, তারাই আসলে আমার প্রকৃত বন্ধু। আর যে শিং-গুলোকে আমি ভালোবাসতাম, সেগুলোই আমার মৃত্যুর কারণ হলো।”
